Members of the department's Special Operations Narcotics Squad, supported by several colleagues, also found several blunts, along with packaging materials and some cocaine, during Tuesday night's raid on Witmore Avenue off Ryerson Avenue, Detective Capt. Laurence Martin said Friday.

Police were responding to complaints of “open-air drug dealing” also “heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and out of the house all day and night,” as well as the “ strong odor of marijuana constantly in the air,” Martin said.

After watching the house for several weeks and doing follow-up investigative work, detectives obtained a search warrant, the captain said.

They were met by five people sitting in the living room and two in a bedroom, he said.

Four live there, he said.

All were processed and released on summonses pending further court action on various drug charges.

Martin identified them as:

(Tenants) Kile D Daviou, 26; Edwin A Hernandez, 23; Diego E. Cividanes, 23, and Margaret J. Morgan, 21.

(Others) Brittney T. Bustos, 21, of Clifton; Legend C. Ferreri, 21, and Gilberto J. Aymar, 22, both of Elmwood Park; and Maite Tejada, 23, of Hasbrouck Heights.
